Download whe windows 7 .iso and place it on your desktop. Download Microsoft windows usb tool here. Select the file and drive. Let it run. Take the drive and plug it in the a mobo usb 2.0 port. Go in to the BIOS and select the usb drive as the first boot priority. The save and exit. It should boot in to the windows 7 setup utility. Let me know if you have any further questions.

where should i get the windows 7 iso from? i made one using power iso from my CD but when i use the tool it gives an error. I googled the error and apparently you can't make your own iso and use it with the tool or something...

It's simple. In order to grab the iso from your dvd, use Infrarecorder: http://infrarecorder.org/. Then, use the windows 7 official usb tool (http://www.microsoftstore.com/store?Action=html&Locale=en_US&SiteID=msusa&pbPage=Help_Win7_usbdvd_dwnTool) to load it on a flash drive. Hope this helps.
