I suggest buying a cheap gaming computer with a gtx 1050 on ebay or something. Your gt 1030 won't be great card for even 1080p gaming, unless you can turn down settings to low or medium. You can play games like csgo at max settings at 1080p but if you're trying to hit 1080p 60fps across demanding games, you'll need a better system. Your build is compatible though.
