Driver issue?

So I have an older low end radeon hd 8570 2gb gddr3, I have it installed in my pc and have installed the driver directly from amd support. 

 

However when I open, radeon adrenaline settings, msi afterburner or device manager the card is recognized as a R7 200 series. 

 

I've had cards that didn't detect correctly before but I've never had a card display as another card all together, I believe the hd 8000 series and r7 200 series use the same driver but I'm not sure if this would cause it to display as a different card. 

 

The card seems to be working correctly thus far but I'm kind of confused.  Anyone know if this is a driver issue or a hardware issue?
