The build at the top is still bad, the list I added could also be revised if you don't like certain parts, but the cpu/motherboard should stay, unless you have more money to spend.

I agree a whole lot to what you have done....might just get a GPU for video editing and mining(or not-'cause of Vega 11).The bios is the only part that I am kinda not okay with.
