scrolling desyncronosation

when web browsing i was realy botherd by a wierd desyncronisatin when scrolling and it realy infuriates me.

Does anybody (reeding this) know a soulution if yes then plese tell me down bellow

 

by the way my graphics card is a gtx 650 the monitor monitor is a single fujitsu B22W-5 eco

Disable hardware acceleration in your web browser ?

i fianly figuared out why it has that wierd desyncronysation there was an oter browser open playing a video underneeth the oter one i was scrolling in
