Ah alright! Shall I do this immediately when I boot up for the first time?

It doesn't fill automatically. You can do it when you like. For software its not that easy. Windows doesn't let you easily choose automatic install location. What I recommend is that you create another set of Program Files on you HDD. Then you can just switch drive letter when installing something. The harder fix requires using regedit.

What part? By filling I mean that I wouldn't hurry changing library locations. You can just put everything on HDD and chage locations when you are ready. I've noticed that Win10 does it bit better than Win7 where you couldn't really move Documents folder. With Win10 it moves everything in folder when moving location.

As for software part I think its already pretty clear. Windows installs everything by default to OS drive.

Well I just don't want like program files and stuff filling up my SSD... which I am assuming would be on the SSD when I install windows..

For that, add the Program files and Program Files (x86) folder to other drive and remember to change letter for installation path. Windows and software's don't care where you install them. The folders wouldn't even need to be named Program Files. Naming them as such just makes things faster when installing. Handful of software don't allow you to choose install path (Chrome for example). But most do. Its usually under advanced or custom install options.
