Issues recording game audio.

Hey everyone.

I've been trying to record a gameplay with shadowplay, but for some reason there's no game audio. I tried OBS and same thing happens. I disabled all the unused audio devices and left my speakers enabled but that didn't help. I also connected my headphones on another audio port and that didn't work either. It always worked fine but I'm sure there's something on my audio settings messing things up, but I cannot find that out, any thoughts?

all those devices are not for recording but their just speakers that wouldn't change the fact that your software isn't recording any audio

I haven't used Shadowplay at all, and don't even know how to access its settings. If it has such. But in OBS and other recording software you can select which audio source is being recorded.

I checked that too with no joy. I ended up formating my ssd and the issue is solved. I'm sure it had something to do with windows sound settings.
