Looks like you will have to move on to testing another video card and another display.

I’ll update this forum when I do more tests tomorrow, its currently 3 AM and I’ve been working on this since noon, I’m taking it to a friend who works with computers to see whats up with it tomorrow. Thank you all for replying and giving suggestions, I really appreciate you all helping me :)
