I wouldn't even try. Unless you're a pretty skilled technician you could end up damaging the laptop, while trying to replace the CPU.

Also if you do try run it buy toshiba DEV team for compatibility. this is because if bios don't support you just bought a paperwieght

They both will fit into that socket type, I would go with the i7-3632QM, however as STRESSMASTER said you should email toshiba and check to see if the BIOS will be compatible.

okay thank you will do. I think I will just go for an i5 since the i7 are around  300$+ and i'm planning on building a pc soon. so i'll just go for lower priced cpu and save my money. thank you for the help.

Upgrading a cpu is much more complex than just replacing the chip,How do you know that laptop PSU WILL PROVIDE ENOUGH POWER,AS THE DEFAULT PSU IN ANY LAPTOP IS

DESIGNED AND OPTIMISED TO JUST POWER ITS DEFAULT CPU AND MOSTLY THERE ARE VERY LESS HEADROOM FOR UPGRADES..SO,i wouldnt upgrade my laptop cpu if i was not sure about its PSU SPECIFICATION..

nah its fine same TDP will be ok. 35W is pretty standard. Toshiba usually have an MXM slot as well in their lower models if it has a GPU.
