If you have a GPU you can use now that will do everything you need it to, build now with a Ryzen 5 1600.

If you don't have a GPU get a Ryzen 3 2200G or 5 2400G.

16 is ideal but you will be fine with 8 but upgrade later if you are on a budget. 3000mhz is ideal for best ryzen performance, but the faster the better

CPU: Ryzen 1700@3.9ghz; GPU: EVGA 560 Ti 1gb; RAM: 16gb 2x8 Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4-3000; PCPP: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/b3xzzM

I'd rather go with 8 gigs since its so expensive, it's ridiculous.. 16 gigs will cost me more than my cpu.. :/

This will cost me 390 euro's
Any good?

I would change the motherboard, possibly to an ASRock AB350M-Pro4. MSI's lower end boards tend to have pretty low quality VRMs.

Other than that, it looks pretty good!

AB350M-Pro4 is an mATX. If you want a full-size ATX, you could get the AB350-Pro4 for not too much more(fantastic board by the way).
