I'd get a cheaper cooler for a light oc. A 212 Evo would be plenty.

Caviar blacks aren't worth the money over much cheaper barracudas.

The R9 280 isn't out yet. Also, there's no point replacing the Msi Twin Frozr cooler as it's an excellent cooler to begin with and handles overclocks very well.

First off, if your overclocking just get an 8320. They are dirt cheap right now and they are just underclocked 8350s. Like WoodenMarker said, get a Caviar Blue or a Barracuda. I have experience with the barracuda and I have had it for 4 years with no failures. Unless you are going for some extreme silence or overclocks, dont go water. You can get a hyper 212 for the CPU and get some solid overclocks with good temps too.

My PC:

CPU: Xeon E3 1230 V3(Haswell) @ 3.7GHz Motherboard: AsRock B85M-ITX RAM: 8GB Corsair Vengeance LP Blue @ 1600MHz Storage: Intel 520 Series 120(Boot), Seagate Barracuda 500GB @ 7200RPM, Western Digital Caviar Green 1TB @ 5400RPM GPU: ZOTAC GTX 970 @ 1.4GHz Case: Node 304 Power Supply: CX430

i want to water cool it because i basically sit on top of my computer so with it being so close i need it to be as quiet as possible

msi cards

I don't get what that has to do with the G10.

The Twin Frozr is quieter than the G10 with an AIO.
