Hey, i just build a new pc and its working fine except one thing which is the network. In windows there is just a red cross by the network even tho i have the Ethernet cable pluged in and the light is showing on the motherboard . I have installed Bios updates, chipsett and all that from the CD but when try nstall Intel network drivers it installs it and says it was succesfull but when i check the version it wasnt updated and it says the same on the MSI driver CD, (Not installed) even tho i have installed it many times. In device manager the network wont even show up but appears in the other devices tab and it is(unkown) but when i try to update this Unkown device Windows tells me its the Lan/internett but it failed to update. In the MSI app all other devices has a version but the network is just N/A. Please help! :)

No only cd

Try the drivers from the MSI website and try those instead. Just look up your mainboard model number/name and it should be under support or downloads, something along those lines. I doubt something is actually wrong with the NIC atm.
