Phone Control API

Hey guys,

 

I recently started receiving this error when i boot the PC "Failed to initial phone control API". anyone know what it means?

 

Im not sure what info you guys may need so im using an ASUS z270 with an i7 7700. i dont think this mobo has bluetooth but it might. i never use it if it does.
