Hi, I'm trying to overclock my I7, but I don't know how to do. Can you help me please?

I downloaded AIDA64, Real Temp and HWMonitor to test and check the cpu.

My config is this

Intel Core I7 6700k

Msi z170a Gaming Pro Carbon

Corsair H115i

GTX 1070

Corsair Vengeance 2x8 3000mhz

Enermax Revolution x't II 650W

How to settings my motherboard?

I'd recommend reading the guide for a better understanding of how overclocking works, but this page in particular applies to your mobo.

I've read it and understood its usefulness, but some features have more choice, for example in "CPU core Voltage mode" there are various modes... Override, Adaptive, offset and more. I do not know what to choose between them. There is also "CPU ratio mode" and others.

It sounds like override would be for CPU fixed mode, if you want your CPU to constantly be at the same voltage.  I think it's better to go with adaptive or offset though, which will let the voltage adjust to the core.  Depends on how conservative you want to be.

The motherboard manual may be able to confirm this for sure.

Okay, in addition to adaptive, override and offset there are also adaptive + offset mode and override + offset mode. Is it better adaptive + offset?

Another question, what is Load Line Calibration? and why do I have only two choices (auto or mode1) while on other motherboards there are more levels?
