Fifa 18 problem

Hi guys.Recently I moved from a windows 7 64 bit to windows 10 64 bit.Everything is working fine except fifa 18.I can't play ultimate team because he is asking me for security question.The problem is that my security question is different than the security question is asked to play ultimate team.I tried to fix it with changing the security question but it is the same result..I don't know what I could do!

Nothing we can do to help however EA does have just about the best customer support system in the industry.

 

You can live chat a tech from the EA Support site and generally they get things sorted very quickly.

 

That's your only option I'm afraid.

You should first and foremost, jump on Origin Web Chat and get support.

 

You know. From the people who can solve the problem.
