Yes, reinstall everything. OS, games, etc... When this stuff is installed, it is decompiled per the architecture. This can cause issues when instructions get mis-interpreted at the machine level. I'd do a fresh install and go from there. Can 100% mess with stability and performance.

Every time you change the arhitecture of the system you should reinstall windows. I even reinstall it if i swap out gpus. So yes you should
