Should i reinstall windows

I used to have an AMD system like 2 years ago, then i switched to Intel, but i kept my old windows installation.

As you can see it says AMD64 under PROCESSOR_ARCHITECTURE, could this be messing with performance or stability?

Yes, reinstall everything. OS, games, etc... When this stuff is installed, it is decompiled per the architecture. This can cause issues when instructions get mis-interpreted at the machine level. I'd do a fresh install and go from there. Can 100% mess with stability and performance.

Every time you change the arhitecture of the system you should reinstall windows. I even reinstall it if i swap out gpus. So yes you should
