Several PC issues.

Malakas123

Hello, I have recently been experiencing issues with my 2.5-year old custom built system (Bear in mind it is my first build). Firstly, I started getting bluescreen errors in the form of DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION which seemed to disappear after reseating memory and gpu. Afterwards, the system would freeze for about 5 seconds until it rebooted. This issue still persists, although today it just froze without rebooting, but that happened several times over the span of 2 hours

Specs:

CPU: amd fx 6350 3.9ghz

GPU: nvidia gtx 1050ti

Memory: 2x Crucial ballistix sport 4gb ddr3 1600mhz (8gb)

Motherboard: asrock 980de3/u3s3

hdd: Seagate barracuda 1tb

psu: Corsair cx 430m

os: windows 8.1 64-bit

Thanks in advance for your help, Alex.

have you tried switching it off and on again :D:D. Like firelighter487 said check temps, the other option i would try is doing a full clean install of the gpu drivers. i had the same problem as you and it seemed to sort it for me.

Idle: CPU in the 20s, GPU in the 30s

When playing: CPU high 30s or low 40s and GPU in the high 60s or low 70s

(Celcius measurement)
