Do you think its possible to water cool the gpu and cpu?

Watercool the CPU? Probably. Watercool the GPU? Probably not, unless you can get your hands on one of those mini watercooled 1080ti's that Linus has showed off in a video before.

Is there a slightly larger case that I can water cool the gpu and cpu?
