Soldering kit

So im looking to get a new soldering stand and everything but when i thought about what i needed i realized i couldnt find one anywhere online. So maybe someone here can help me find what im looking for. Im looking for a soldering stand. That has a vice along with atleast 2 alligator clip arms magnifying glass and a light. Pretty much what you would get if you put this 2 pictures together. Any ideas?

I've never seen aligator arms and a vice, you might have to just buy them all separately. I think I would prefer them separate because the two might be too cluttered.
