Hardware needed - Hinges

I'm an entrepreneur and engineer, currently working on a project that requires thin tension hinges, and I noticed some hinges that I liked in the mount system on Microsoft Lifecam webcams, particularly the Lifecam 3000. I don't know who at Microsoft can tell me how those hinges were acquired or sourced. It's about 1 inch tall, by 1 inch wide, by 1/8th inch thick. The torque is about 18 inch pounds, or 2.5 cm/kg i think. No hardware or production company has been able to find a tension hinge so thin. I neeeeed hinges that are just like this one.
