I would just wait 2 weeks because ryzen+ is just coming out in 14th of february.

The Ryzen stock cooler is better than the cheap cooler you had. If you want a more extreme overcling I would stepup for a Cryorig H5.

Get Samsung EVO 850. 840 is very old.

You do not need 650w PSU. I would save money and get a 550w.

I would get non LED RAM sticks for cheaper price.

the difference between 650w and 550w doesn't make a impact on the budget, so I prefer 650w for future upgrades.
