Lookinf for AMP and DAC

So i just bought a pair of Sennheiser HD650 and i need both and amp and a dac or a combo. I wanna avoid buying something like the O2 or Schiit because the shipping from the states to europe is too expensive and it's not worth for that price range. Does anyone know of a good option from a european brand for about 200/250€?

The Magni 3 (NOT Magni 2) is a pretty good amp for that asking price

You can always start off with the Magni 3 first and use your mobo as DAC, if you're not too happy with the performance or sound of your mobo DAC, then you can always get the Modi 2.....though I seriously doubt you can hear the difference between onboard DAC vs external DAC (like the Modi 2), unless the onboard DAC is total crap to begin with.

I have the HD6XX which is similar sounding to the HD650 and I love it! I have a good number of higher end cans and the HD6XX can keep up with 'em. But I do believe you need to feed the can with clean and sufficient juice for the HD6 series to shine.
