I've been plagued with this for months now. I can't find anything about it online except for topics related specifically to laptops which apparently makes a difference. Those cases also haven't been OS specific. I'm using Windows 10 Pro Version 1709 on desktop. What happens is my cursor will randomly (seemingly at least) disappear. The conditions under which it does this are bizarre. Sometimes it will disappear while idle as if I were watching a YouTube video. Sometimes it will be visible only on certain monitors, on certain windows, only on the taskbar, never on the taskbar, etc. I can't find any pattern to it. When it happens I just have to click furiously, press ESC a lot, alt tab, win+D, and just generally roll my face across the keyboard until it starts working again. Eventually it does, but sometimes I have to restart the PC.

Has anyone else encountered this? It's maddening. Yet another reason I wish I could go back to 8.1

Do you have any mouse and/or keyboard driver installed? If so, uninstall them, restart, and see if it helps.

(I assume you have no system tweak tool either running on the back doing things)

I have Logitech Gaming Software installed for my G900. That's all. Next time it happens I can give it a shot, but if that were the issue this would be a lot more prevalent on a google search I'd imagine.I have no other software that has anything to do with the mouse.
