PSU recomendation

Hello everyone, 

I just built a new computer this month and used my old Aerocool VP-750W (4 years old).

Been using it for 3 weeks now, and sometimes my computer would freeze and then restart while playing some games.
First I though the problem was GPU, CPU, RAM but I ran test on everything and seems ok. I'm pretty much convinced it has to be a PSU problem. I hope this fixes the problem.

I was thinking of getting the Seasonic focus gold 650W or the Cool Master V650. Any advice in which one to choose? I don't want a loud one. Maybe any other brand?

My comp specs are:
CPU: i5-8600K OC to 5GHz 2.8V
CPU cooler: Noctua nh-d15
Case Fans: 3x 120mm
GPU: MSI 1080 armour edition 8Gb (not oc yet)
Mobo: Asus Prime Z370-P
RAM: Ballistix 2x8Gb 2400MHz
PSU: Aerocool VP-750W
SSD: Sandisk 128GB
HDD: WD 1Tb
Double monitor setup.

There's a PSU Tier list on this forum, the higher on the list it is, the better.

Both are on the tier 1 list. I was hoping to get a more experinced answer.
