AHCI vs Intel RST

Hi, I have question

I had a system with 2x ssd 500gb in RAID 0, but I decided to switch it to non-raid. So I reinstalled Windows and all my stuff, but I forgot to change in BIOS Intel rst to AHCI. I dont know if it is important.

So could you tell me if there is a way to change it to ahci and if it is worth it? Do I have some performance hit?
