HD120 Case Fan Clicking Noise

One of my HD120 Fans makes a clicking noise when running at low rpm.

Is there a way to fix this?

Probably not.  Clicking at low speeds is usually the fan starting to mis-align and rubbing against the frame somewhere.

If the fan is old, replace it and if it's new you could try to RMA it.

Clicking is pretty normal for most pwm fans due to how the fan is powered by pulses and it's most noticeable at low rpm. There are some pwm fans that don't have a clicking noise including noctuas due to how the the signal is smoothed out which they call Smooth Commutation Drive tech.
