Planning a Portable System + Question

I'm starting collage in September and I want to build a system for myself that is smaller than my big tower that I can take with me.

Yes, I am in Canada and am buying some parts used... the cpu and gpu for sure and I already have a z170 mini-itx gigabyte board. My budget is around $600 - $700 and I will be using it in basic photographic work and programming.

 

The one question I have though is, my motherboard has a single usb 3.0 and usb 2.0 header... and with my 5 1/4 card reader I need 2 usb 3.0 and a single usb 2.0 header. How could I get this other usb 3.0 header?
