If you have a bad connection there's not software you can use to make it good. The best result you can hope for is a slightly better performance which usually means nothing in real world application.

I do not have bad connection but there is a lot computers in my house and I can see in games like for Honor that my NAT goes yellow when there is a lot of people at home.
