Decent build

You can save a few bucks going down to a 1600 without an extra cooler. You can overclock it the same to a 1600X with ease. Also, I wouldn't pair a X370 with that system. Go for a B350, you aren't gonna SLI or CF whatever so it's worthless.

 

Speaking of GPU, you can invest what you saved there.. but you are out of luck as of right now.

But this is for some modern gaming and for tasks like autodesk inventor, I will be buying the mouse,  keyboard, ssd,  and monitor separately from this build. Most of this I plan on upgrading on the future but since this is a late Christmas present this should work for now.  Please tell me what you think.

Okay i changed it a a bit for one thing. An ssd. If your okay with a watermark on the bottom right of your screen you can get windows ten for free from here:https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10ISO. Then you throw in an ssd and boom, good pc.

It seems fine, dont buy windows you can get it for free on Microsofts website and then download some .bat file that unlocks it for you, Get a cheaper motherboard if you don't plan on overclocking, maybe an ssd with saved money from windows.
