Upgrade Help

Hi, names Paden

I have the MSI GL62M 7RDX Gaming laptop

has an intel 7th gen quad core with hyperthreading

GTX 1050 with 2GB of VRAM

and real quick I'd like to say that I am pretty sure my system is utilizing the 1050 in games, the nvidia control panel's "Set PhysiX config" page is telling me that my laptop's display is running from the integrated graphics(and for some reason the integrated graphics has 8GB of vram from what I'm seeing in my information)

so I have no idea if I should be using the nvidia card in games or the integrated graphics and would LOVE some help with that, BUT i have a more pressing issue than the preferred GPU

I'm running out of space on my laptop and it has an SSD for boot and hard drive for storage(took a screenshot of the properties) and would really like to know, or how to find out, if i have the option to add another hard drive

If that is possible it would be AMAZING if I could also get some help on what to look for because I have no idea what will fit
