windows 10 not responding upon startup

when ever I start my PC nothing appears on the destkop and nothing responds can not do anything other than singing out can't open task manager and whenever I right click pc freeze for 2 mins I had the pc for 1 year and this is the first time something like that happens to me I tried to run it in windows safe mode but it doesn't respond 

 

windows 10 profs 64 bit

 

I5 7600k 

 

MSI M3 Z170A

 

2x8 corsair 3000 mhz LED 

 

GTX 1060 msi oc dual fan 

 

EVGA 550  white 

 

1 TB toshiba 7200 rpm 

 

240 gb ssd kingston uv400 ( windows on here )

the problem happend instantly after I installed (awesome miner) and (bitcoin wallet)
