Does anyone know of a good place to get free sound effects? I'm looking for typical sounds for turning something on or off.

You could always make the sound yourself. It depends on what kind of sound you're looking for, but there's a good chance it's not that hard.

I have 0 experience in working with audio and I do not have the time to get into it.
