Problem with new ryzen build

So I just started this build like 3 months and keep getting problems. I'll try to resume it.

First the problem was that I just saw a black screen when I turned on the computer so I took it to a repair shop where they told me it was the motherboard so I RMA'd and got a new one the same problem occured so I took it to another repair shop because I didn't trust the last one anymore, they told me it wad the graphics card because they tried it and it worked with another one so I RMA'd the graphics card and got a better one when I plugged it in it worked for a few seconds where it only showed the motherboard logo and then a windows message saying it was configurating, the screen turned black and it stayed black so I took it once again to the repair shop where they told me it was the motherboard. What can I do? Do I have bad luck or other problem like a bios update?

CPU: Ryzen 5 (1500x)

MOBO: Asus prime a320m-k

GPU: 1050 ti then 1060 

PSU: MWE 600 Bronze Cooler Master

RAM: ADATA XPG Flame 8gb 2400mhz
