Help with Phanteks Case

Hi all, for some reason the top panel of my case wont show red led colours when plugged into the power button pcb. Ive checked the red channel and it is indeed working. I believe the fault lies in the connection from the rgb cable to the PCB. The mini 4 pin connecting the two is labelled SIN. Anyone got any idea on how i can fix this or what the cable is
