Intel HD 630 Dedicated Video Memory

Hello i builded a new pc with pentium g4600 8 gb ram dual channel asrock h110 and so on. In the first boot i checked the bios and i saw Dedicated Video Memory max size or something like that. I putted it on 1024 MB. After the boot i checked what windows is saying for my HD 630 and its reporting that it's 128 mb dedicated. In Task manager i have 1,1 GB reserver for the hardware memory. Also i benchamarked games with obviously asking for more than 128 mb. Is this a Windows bug or i should be concerned?
