What raid should i use???

I'm building a rig soon with 2 Samsung 840 120gb drives and backing up to a 2tb Seagate Barracuda

What raid should I use for the solid states???

raid 0?

cpu: 3570k cooler: H100i m/b: Asus Maximus V Formula ram: 16gb Corsair Vengeance gpu: Asus Nvidia GTX 680 DCUII ssd: Samsung 840 pro hdd: WD Black 2tb case: CMStorm Stryker psu:  Corsair AX860

If you're going for max speed, and you don't want to buy 2 more drives for a raid 10 then yea raid 0 would be what you would want to go with. Just as long as you know that if one drive dies on you, the whole raid array is scrapped. Good luck with you build btw! I'm still on an amazing 6 year old sata 2 HDD 750gb model. I get to enjoy max writes of about 15mb/s :P

Depends on wether or not you want performance over redundancy or vice versa. raid0 will read and write faster, raid1 will generally only read faster but has redundancy.
