i5 8600k Build

Hello, I started this build to keep it within a budget of under 700$ w/o a GPU (1060s are expensive atm) And I don't know what to do for a CPU cooler to overclock the 8600k 4.5-5Ghz. Does anyone have any tips on what cooler I should get that's not expensive but not as cheap as the 212 that would help? Also, does anyone have tips on overclocking on the mobo I listed in the bundle?
