micro usb pheripheral compability with usb-c

So my question is if im getting a new phone which has usb-c in it, will my android micro usb port having gadgets work, if i would get this adapter or they won't? Because, i have couple of them like FLIR ONE thermal camera, or Aver Media Android DB TV tuner EW310 https://www.anker.com/store/USB-C-(male)-to-Micro-USB-Adapter-(female)-/B8174011
