I'm trying to figure out if a Tr4(threadripper) water block would fit on a sp3(Epyc) building a dual CPU diy server for reasons and I want to see if. can make it basically silent 

 

so basically I want to find out if any water block can fit on the sp3 socket

If your doing a custom loop the threadripper blocks will also work with SP3 sockets.
