NZXT CAM doesnt start up

For some reason, NZXT CAM doesn't start up when I turn on my PC, and then right-clicked it and clicked open nothing shows up in task manager. I've uninstalled CAM and reinstalled it, and for the first few shutdowns and turn-ons it works, but then it stops again. I'm pretty sure it stopped working after the windows update but I'm not sure.
