computer boots weird

so i have a weird issue my computer is having a issue when it boots up it stays on the uefi/bios post screen for a while then goes to a black screen with a flashing line on the top left. it will sit there for about a min then continue to windows as normal and when the computer is on it is working as normal. it just started this a few weeks ago and has done it now coming out of sleep.where can i start to trouble shoot this

mine has been doing the same thing although on x299 with a i7 7800x but its only when i give it a cold boot when it hasnt been on for a day or so. if i turn it off and back on after it has been running a while it usually posts pretty fast

Its doing some check while starting up. Do you have some cleaning software or other things like that?

I meant if you have some software which would do checking on start up. Like Malwarebytes Pro or paid version of some AV.

 

Another thing could be that BIOS is looking for other boot devices. Which is solved when you clear everything else than OS drive from queue.
