GPU performing inconsistently

Hi, 

 my configuration is :

CPU :  Intel I5-6500,

GPU: MSI R7 370 2GB

MB: Gigabyte H170-D3H

RAM: 2x8 GB Kingston.

I am running Windows 10 Home.The problem occurred few days ago, GPU started seriously underperforming. 3-4 fps in The Witcher 3 and Mass Effect even Football Manager 2018 began lagging.The 3D Mark Fire strike score went from 5500 pts to 1100 pts. I changed 3-4 driver versions, even reinstalled Windows, which hlped for a day and then all happened again.The GPU temp under load does not go over 62 degrees celsius, the fans are running.And I ran out of options.

post a fill screenshot of msi afterburner after 5 minutes of gaming to see what is causing this. My best asumption is the gpu is not boosting to its 3d clock, but i dont know, you may have a cgminer clogging your system.

I tried following your advice, installed MSI afterburner and ran some test.The system began freezing during those test and after 2-3 restarts the SSD gave up.I could not boot from it, nor boot from other HDD or flash drive, when the SSD was connected.I removed the SSD and installed windows on HDD, because I don`t have a spare SSD. I ran some tests and benchmarks and the GPU is stable and performs as expected for now.Could a faulty SSD be the reason a was getting 2-3 during gameplay ?And the 3D Mark was installed on it, could this be the reason for weaker scores on the Fir strike benchmark?
