Low game volume

I recently upgraded from Hyper Cloud 2's to the Sennheiser HD 598 SR's.  Everything but my games volume is lowed enough.  For an example, youtube and discord volume is fine, but in-game volume is way too low.  I have already turned my in-game setting's volume all the way up.  This is happening to me in every game I've played so far.
