Mobo and CPU

What is the best CPU and Mobo pair around 160€ (it canbe a bit more..), that uses DDR3 memory, because i already have 8gb of kingston memory, and dont want to buy like a new DDR4 memory.. i know ryzen is really good.. but DDR4..

 

Or.. i could try to sell my ram, to get money for the DDR4..

 

I dont know what to do.. help!

Maybe in his area he can find a 4th gen for that price, but I was mostly thinking 2nd and 3rd when I commented.
