SSD firmware update

I decided to update my SSD. I did everything that was in manual. I clicked proceed and it's stuck like that for 15 min already. How long does it normally take to finish?

So it's stuck like this for nearly an hour... What am I supposed to do? Btw sorry for not editing but when I wanna edit previous post it crashes...

When I update my SSD's firmware, it doesn't take very long at all.

It shouldn't take any longer than 5 minutes really. At least that is how long it takes for me to update my Intel 520 firmware

From the picture it looks like "Proceed" has not been clicked. I.E. it is still waiting for input.
