https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/list/YRwmd6 it does not have an SSD and out of the budget. but for streaming, it is hard to get a new pc in that budget if you're okay with used hardware you could try and get a used 980

do you have any other requirements?

Air or Water cooled?

Size?

Color scheme?

Any features you may be looking for?

Does this need to include a monitor and peripherals?

Air cooled
Rackmountable ( server case ? ) Because it's will be in a server rack.
This would be preferable to include monitor and perephicals yeah.
