Should I buy it?

Gaming and movies.

Gtx 970

i7 6700k

I may be wrong but with a 970, I think you will struggle to take full advantage of the higher refresh rate on more demanding games. Considering that it is an IPS panel, the colour should be great but with it being only 1080p, the pixel density will be around 81 which means that if you are close to it, it will be abit pixelated. Personally, I would recommend maybe a smaller monitor due to the issues above.
