I just got my new laptop MSI GL62M 7RDX 1825 and when there is a heavy multitasking the laptop often crashes and BSOD appears with the code VIDEO_SCHEDULER_INTERNAL_ERROR, then when i try to troubleshoot the problem all seems fine, there are no corrupted files and my graphics drivers are up to date. I'm wondering is it my laptop hardware problem or just a normal win10 problem?

Here are my laptop's specifications:

Operating system: Windows 10 Home Single Language 64-bit (10.0, Build 16299)

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-7300HQ CPU @ 2.50GHz (4 CPUs), ~2.5GHz

Memory: 8192MB RAM

GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 4GB

The computer works fine when playing games like Rainbow Six Seige but when multitask when the game is running can lead to a BSOD.

Please help me if possible. Thanks in advance.
