screen flickering problem

i am having an issue where my screen will flicker black. it usually happens when changing between you tube videos but will happen occasionally at random spots. i took an on display video using geforce expierience and there is no scrren flicker there. here is that video 

 i then took a video with my phone and you can see it. here is that video.

  i have no idea what the problem could be. i tried switching the hdmi cord with no success. any suggestions?

I've been noticing screen flickering, but it seems to be a random, and this was after i installed GFE, so it might be the overlay causing problems. not too sure...
