 I need to connect my pc to my router that  is about 50 ft away with an Ethernet cord. Is it possible (ofc it is) and if so, recommend me a good 50 foot Ethernet cord plz

An ethernet cord is an ethernet cord? Just get at least a cat 5e one, and you're good.

You can also consider powerline adapters, instead of messing with a fifty foot ethernet cable.

As long as it's a CAt 5e cord you'll get gigabit speeds.

It would make no difference in speed unless your going past gigabit, CAT 6 cables if they are basically the same price isn't a bad idea as they have thicker insulation and such and will be slightly more durable.
